I have led seven donor database implementations and migrations across multiple CRM platforms, including Exceed!, DonorPerfect, Raiser's Edge NXT, and Neon CRM. I specialize in donor database optimization, CRM implementation, data cleanup, reporting, process improvement, and fundraising operations that give nonprofit leaders confidence in their data.

Who do you work with?

I work primarily with small and mid-sized nonprofits that need more database expertise or capacity than they currently have in-house—but aren't ready to hire a full-time database specialist.

What if I know something is wrong with our database, but I don't know what we need?

That's exactly where a Database Health Check can help. I'll evaluate your database, identify areas that need attention, and provide prioritized recommendations so you know where to start.

Will you work with our existing staff?

Absolutely. My goal isn't to take over your development operation—it's to make it easier for your team to do their jobs. I can handle database tasks, improve workflows, document processes so your staff can focus on fundraising.

Will you train our staff?

Yes. Training can be incorporated into database implementations, cleanup projects, or ongoing support. I can also create documentation and data entry procedures to help your team maintain the improvements after the project is complete.

Can you clean up our database without replacing our CRM?

Absolutely. A database doesn't necessarily need to be replaced just because it isn't working well. Cleanup, restructuring, improved procedures, and better use of existing functionality can often make a significant difference.

Our database is really messy. Is it too far gone?

Probably not. Messy databases are common, especially in organizations where data has been entered by multiple people over many years. I'll work with you to identify the biggest issues, prioritize what matters most, and develop a practical plan for getting things back on track.

How much do your services cost?

Every organization's database and needs are different, so project pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the work. I offer both fixed-price projects and hourly or fractional support, depending on the type of engagement. I'll clearly define the scope and pricing before work begins.

How do you determine the scope of a database project?

We'll start by talking about your goals, your current systems, and what's not working. For larger or more complex projects, I may recommend a Database Health Check or discovery process before providing a detailed project scope.

Can I hire you for just a few hours a month?

Yes. Fractional database support can be scaled to your organization's needs. Some organizations need only occasional assistance, while others benefit from regular monthly support.
